eTech: Tuesday 1

More on this a bit later, but I just went to a small press conference with Tim O'Reilly and Rael Dornfest and it was some of the most interesting stuff yet. Talking about how the digital democracy teach in was slanted to the left because once they got some people signed on the other side didn't want to do anything with it. Also about Open Source and how it's great for creativity but the "those bastards making all that cash" argument is retarded. Also lots of talk about how to make all the little bits of all the apps and info to work together. Really good stuff. This is what an "emerging technology" discussion should be like.

This is a single entry on a blog written by me, Sean Bonner. Please feel free to look around or even join in whatever conversation might be going on. Or don't. See if I care.

Sean Bonner has been annoying people on the internet since 1994. Currently he lives in Los Angeles and is the co-founder of Metroblogging. Despite growing up in Bradenton, Yahoo! thinks he's the most important "Sean" on the internets. He's sick of labels. This was his blog until sometime in 2007 when it broke. Check out seanbonner.com for current stuff.
