Get over it. Many bloggers *are* citizen journalists. Be grateful they called bloggers "journalists" at all.
My scoop on something was lifted this morning in a similar way.

Robert - I've spent a lot of time on this in the past and don't feel the need to revisit it currently, but quickly, for the record - BLOGGERS ARE NOT JOURNALISTS. They aren't trying to be, and they don't want to be. Certainly there are exceptions, and plenty of journalists are now bloggers as well, but that is only because they will have to be if they want to stay relevant. Saying a blogger is a journalist isn't a complement.

Plus, journalists *are* citizens. And Andrew Orlowski is as much a blogger as anyone.

But only bloggers can communicate by telepathy. That's one thing Big Media hacks like Vance and Orlowsky will never be able to do.
The Revolution WILL BE BLOGGED!!
