The reputation economy - Alaska Airlines Edition

Jeremy Hermanns was on Alaska Air flight #536 that depressurized at 30K feet and me made a post about it, and then the comments started filling up with attacks directed at him, funny thing is, those comments were posted using an IP address owned by Alaska Air. Yeah... this is going to get interesting.
