New iPod leaked shots?

A friend in NYC sent me these and I have no idea if they are legit or BS, but they look cool as hell. Click images to embiggen.

Personally, I think they are all fakes. The photo are all easy to make: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJ4wzEEpk1A

The main reason I think it's fake is because the control surface is wrong. If the dial was virtualized onto the screen, the screen would have constant fingerprints on it. There is no way that Steve Jobs would allow the normal procedure of using the iPod to create smudges on the viewing surface.

Unless they've come up with a new type of screen coating that resists fingerprints... Wish it is real, even though I can't afford one...

It better not be real. I'm still paying off my iPod video. That and it's too small to be usable for decent video (like the current video) and the fingerprints thing is a major issue.

have to agree with michael - no way you would use fingers ON the screen as a main way to navigate through the ipod. but the idea of a full screen is great a great way to sell the "movie" aspect of the ipod. i have to say that the only reason i didnt purchase a video ipod is because i didnt want to strain my eyes looking at a 2 inch screen, but a bigger screen is much better - maybe buttons on the side or something......
